This gym is a great option for anyone and the pricing is reasonable. It's a good variety of fitness levels those needing to get fit and those staying in shape. I've never experienced interval training before but I think this is going to be the kick in the butt that I need. I liked how even though we were all together, everyone is doing their own thing, with help available as needed. It was a great HIIT class, tons of variations taught for anyone, everyone was really nice and non-judgmental, the trainers are knowledgeable and kind, I felt comfortable, and was sore in all the right places. I first noticed this little gem when I was nextdoor at the donut shop, ha! I'm not a group fitness person, would rather workout alone at home and save any embarrassment, which of course doesn't happen anyway, right? I thought why not give a free class a try, what would I have to lose? So I gave it a shot.
